AvirTel through extensive programming has integrated its switching facilities with all the land-line and wireless carriers in Azerbaijan creating the Toll Free service. This service is used by businesses where their customers can reach them via special Toll Free numbers without any charge. This service has been successfully used in the United States, the European and Far Eastern countries. It is a marketing tool for businesses and can generate substantial revenue. Utilized by millions of businesses worldwide, Toll Free service is a key element in a successful marketing and advertising strategy. It allows companies to be contacted from anywhere without cost to the caller and without having to advertise different numbers for different areas of the country. A business is assigned a number with “088” Area Code. Whenever anyone calls a number with “088” Area Code, it is routed to AvirTel’s switch. AvirTel’s switch is programmed to translate the number and connect the call to the company’s phone line. The user does not need any new line to be installed for the toll free number to work. The calls will be delivered on the same existing line that the customer uses to make calls.  For example, consider ABC Enterprises, which is a company with existing telephone number of 476-4523. Assume that they subscribe to Toll Free service and AvirTel assigns 088-66-6666 to them. Whenever someone dials 088-66-6666 from anywhere in Azerbaijan, the call is transferred to AvirTel’s Switch. We in turn make the connection to 476-4523. Payment for the calls will be made by the ABC company. The Subscriber that makes the call does not pay any fee. Companies can also get any number that can translate into a name such as the company name or product name.  For example, AvirTel uses the Toll Free number 088-AvirTel. If customer decides to move, AvirTel can bring the number to any location that customer moves to.  This is very significant since regular numbers can not be move outside of their immediate geographical area. So another added benefit of Toll Free numbers is that they move with your company. If you decide to relocate to any part of country, you will be able to keep the same Toll Free number wherever you go. The company’s headquarter office, branches and storefronts can utilize the same toll free number and offer one customer service center without being restricted by individual branch hours and availability.
